Delivery

• Metro cities: usually 3–5 business days.
• Rest of India: usually 5–8 business days.
• Custom-stitched orders: 7–12 business days — each piece is made to your measurements.
• Free shipping on orders above ₹1,999. Below that, a small flat fee applies and is shown at checkout.
• Once dispatched, you'll receive tracking by email and WhatsApp — or track it from the Track Order page.
• International delivery is handled by our Export team — contact us for a quote.

Returns & Exchange

• Request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unwashed and in original condition, with tags and packaging intact.
• Custom-stitched / made-to-measure items, final-sale items and hygiene products are not returnable.
• Raise a request from your account's Orders section, or message us on WhatsApp with your order number.
• Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method or as store credit, usually within 5–7 business days.
