Cancellation Policy

You may cancel an order before it is dispatched for a full refund.

• Ready-to-ship items: cancellable within 24 hours of ordering or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.
• Custom-stitched items: cancellable only before stitching begins (typically within 12 hours), as these are made to order.
