Cancelling Your Order

You can cancel an order any time before it is dispatched. Contact us quickly on WhatsApp or via your account, and we'll cancel it and refund any prepaid amount.

After Dispatch

Once an order is dispatched it cannot be cancelled, but you may be able to return eligible items after delivery as per our Returns & Exchange Policy.

Custom Orders

Custom-stitched orders can be cancelled only before production begins, as they are made specifically for you.

Refund Timeline

Eligible cancellation refunds are processed to your original payment method, typically within 5–7 business days.
