WHEN AND WHERE TO USE THIS ETHNIC ENSEMBLE?
-
Occasion: Ideal for festive celebrations (Diwali, Navratri), Wedding Guest attire (Sangeet, Mehendi), or sophisticated cultural events.
-
Season: Perfect for autumn, winter, and transition seasons when richer colours and textures are preferred.
-
How to Style: Drape the sheer saree fabric in a simple, flowing style to let the heavy blouse and the saree's shimmery texture shine.
-
Accessories: Minimalist gold jewellery (cuff bracelet, drop earrings) or oxidized silver pieces to complement the silvery embroidery. A sleek updo or loose waves works best to showcase the backless tie-up design of the blouse.
Style Tips
Pair with delicate jhumkas and a sleek bun for a classic look, or statement studs and open waves for something modern. A contrast potli or clutch lifts the whole outfit.
Fit Tips
For the best drape, choose a petticoat that matches the fabric's weight. If you are between two sizes, take the larger one — our karigars can always take a garment in, but letting it out is limited by the seam allowance.
