How long does international delivery take?

Usually 7–15 business days depending on the destination and customs clearance. We share tracking as soon as your order ships.

What are international shipping charges?

Charges are calculated at checkout by destination and weight. Select regions enjoy free shipping above a cart threshold.

Customs & Duties
Will I pay customs duties or import taxes?

Import duties and taxes may apply based on your country's rules. These are usually the buyer's responsibility and are not included in our prices unless stated.

Who handles customs clearance?

Our courier partners manage clearance, and we provide all required export documents (invoice, packing list, etc.) with your shipment.

Payment & Currency
Which currencies can I pay in?

Prices are shown in INR; your bank or card converts to your local currency at checkout. Major international cards and payment methods are accepted.

Are international payments secure?

Absolutely. All payments are processed through encrypted, PCI-compliant gateways. We never store your full card details.

How do I choose the right size from abroad?

Use our Size Guide with an Inches/CM toggle. If you're between sizes or want a guaranteed fit, choose Custom Stitching — we'll make it to your measurements.

Returns & Exchange
Can I return an international order?

Eligible unused items can be returned within the return window. Return shipping and any duties may apply. Custom-stitched items are non-returnable.

How do refunds work for international orders?

Refunds go to your original payment method. The amount you receive may vary slightly due to your bank's currency conversion.
