How do I place an order?
Add items to your cart and checkout, or message us on WhatsApp and we'll place it for you.
What payment methods do you accept?
UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, popular wallets, and Cash on Delivery on eligible pin codes.
Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?
Yes, COD is available on selected pin codes and order values. It'll show at checkout if eligible.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Yes, before it's dispatched. Contact us quickly on WhatsApp and we'll help.
How long does delivery take?
Metros usually 3–5 days, rest of India 5–8 days. Custom-stitched orders take 7–12 days.
Do you ship across India?
Yes, we ship pan-India. For international orders, see our Export page.
How do I track my order?
Use the Track Order page with your order number, or check your account's Orders section.
Are there shipping charges?
Shipping is free on orders above ₹1,999. Below that, a small flat fee applies, shown at checkout.
What is your return / exchange policy?
Easy returns or exchange within the return window for eligible items. See the Returns & Exchange page for details.
How do I request a return?
Raise it from your account's Orders section, or message us on WhatsApp and we'll arrange pickup.
Are custom-stitched items returnable?
Made-to-measure items are non-returnable since they're stitched to your exact size. We confirm everything before stitching.
How do I find my size?
Use our Size Guide — it has garment-wise charts with an Inches/CM toggle.
What if my size isn't listed?
Choose Custom Stitching and we'll make it to your exact measurements.
Do you offer custom measurements?
Yes — share your measurements via the Custom Stitching page and we'll tailor it for you.
Can I get a design stitched to my size?
Absolutely. Share your measurements and a reference, and our karigars stitch it in-house.
How long does custom stitching take?
Usually 7–12 days depending on the design and current workload.
Can I send a celebrity-inspired or reference look?
Yes — send us an image on WhatsApp and we'll recreate it for you.
Do I need an account to order?
You can checkout as a guest, but an account lets you track orders, save addresses & a wishlist.
How do I reset my password?
Click 'Forgot password?' on the login page and follow the steps sent to your email/phone.
