Return Window

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery for eligible items, provided they are unused, unwashed and in original condition with tags and packaging intact.

Non-Returnable Items

• Custom-stitched / made-to-measure items (stitched to your exact size)
• Items marked final sale or clearance
• Innerwear and certain accessories for hygiene reasons

How to Request a Return

Raise a request from your account's Orders section or message us on WhatsApp with your order number. We'll guide you through pickup or self-ship.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to your original payment method or as store credit, typically within 5–7 business days. Shipping fees, if any, are non-refundable.

Prefer a different size or design? We'll arrange an exchange subject to availability — or issue store credit you can use anytime.
